Why Serpents are considered sacred in some culture?

Not all, only specific species are considered sacred! I know it is an symbolic representation of Kundalini (Vital energy that sleeps at the base of our spine in astral/spiritual body).
Being an Hindu, I have seen people offering egg and milk to termite/ant hill like structure where some Cobra believed to live. But never seen anything in real!
Any explanation to clear my doubts would be really helpful?

  1. 1Cor.14:34-35 Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience as also saith the law.
35 And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame for women to speak in the church.

  2. Sone Christians also believe that the snake in the garden was within them and not without and the snake at the base of the spine is the baser self which must be raised up to God awareness.
Snakes appear out of no where and are sleek and smooth and no doubt have caused sudden death to people thus they almost seem like they possess supernatural powers ,

Serpent is a best friend of farmers. Farmers, pet snakes to get rid of the rats destroying their cultivations.
They mainly keep cobras. Other snakes are Lols.
