Why dont churchs {any Faith} teach about Reincarnation?

I would go to church if the Vicar/priest talked openly about life after death. Such a thing is a Reality. everyone one of us has a SOUL and related personality. We are all unique Individuals and we deserve to know the truth.

  • Because that aspect of control would be lost to that particular faith. What other form of control is there without the threat of hell?

  • thats Re-in-car-nation, re is the sun god ra,r,etc;of the auto-crats.Nation is kin, like in Devil-kin the gentry or aristocracy including Plutocrats of Pluto.

  • The early Church did believe in reincarnation. The thing is that Christianity became politicised by Emperor Constantine. They decided that to get control of the people it was better to tell them that they had a one off chance of life and redemption depended on belief not what you did. Obeying the Church became important rather than looking to your own soul. At this point Christianity departed from the truth. Fortunately you will find that many of the Eastern religions still teach the true message. You should think about attending a Mandir, you will be welcomed there with open arms.

  • Most Christian, Jewish, and Muslim places of worship will not – it is against their religion.

If you believe in reincarnation you should visit a Buddhist, Hindu, Jaini, Sikh, Spiritist, Taoist, Scientologist, some schools of Orthodox Judaism, Esoteric Christian, some schools of Sufi Islam, some schools of Pagan, or New Age church/temple/synagogue/mosque. Then choose the one that agrees most with the rest of your beliefs. Cheers.

  • Some are ready for it, others aren’t.

In one sense, it isn’t true because the past does not exist, only the present.

When you start looking at the errors of more than one life, it can overly complicate the ones of this life, That’s why hypnosis, drugs or other methods of regression are detrimental.

  • If you find people who claim to be followers of Jesus the Christ the Messiah who are teaching “reincarnation”, you can be assured that these people do not know Jesus as Lord, and they do not follow the Word of God as recorded in the Bible. Do not receive teachings that are unbiblical and false. Rather than listen to man, go to the Bible and read God’s Word. God wants to teach you the Truth about life on earth and life after death!

Question: “What does the Bible say about reincarnation?”

Answer: The concept of reincarnation is completely without foundation in the Bible, which clearly tells us that we die once and then face judgment (Hebrews 9:27). The Bible never mentions people having a second chance at life or coming back as different people or animals. Jesus told the criminal on the cross, “Today you will be with me in paradise” (Luke 23:43), not “You will have another chance to live a life on this earth.” Matthew 25:46 specifically tells us that believers go on to eternal life while unbelievers go onto eternal punishment. Reincarnation has been a popular belief for thousands of years, but it has never been accepted by Christians or followers of Judaism because it is contradictory to Scripture.

The one passage that some point to as evidence for reincarnation is Matthew 17:10-12 which links John the Baptist with Elijah. However, the passage does not say that John the Baptist was Elijah reincarnated but that he would have fulfilled the prophecy of Elijah’s coming if the people had believed his words and thereby believed in Jesus as the Messiah (Matthew 17:12). The people specifically asked John the Baptist if he was Elijah, and he said, “No, I am not” (John 1:21).

Belief in reincarnation is an ancient phenomenon and is a central tenet within the majority of Indian religious traditions, such as Hinduism, Sikhism, and Jainism. Many modern pagans also believe in reincarnation as do some New Age movements, along with followers of spiritism. For the Christian, however, there can be no doubt: reincarnation is unbiblical and must be rejected as false.

  • Why would you talk about something that is not true?

The Bible is full of heavenly stories…give me a break.

Hello, you need to re-visit some things.

  • Because reincarnation goes against the idea of heaven and hell. In christianity if you die and are bad, you go to hell. In reincarnation your brought back to the earth to live again and give it another go around.
