Why doesn't anyone believe me when I tell them about Astral Projection?

I was talking to my friends and told them about astral projection – and how I was starting to learn how to do it.
They all looked at me like I was crazy and needed pills. Why?
And how can I convince them it’s real?

  1. Just don´t talk to them about it and they will eventually start to ask you about it, not out of interest but more out of curiosity. You can´t convince anyone to like football, they either like it or not. So don´t talk to people about it unless they´re interested and don´t try to convince anyone it´s real because only personal experience can do that, not someone else´s words.

  2. no matter how much or how hard you try, some people will just not ever believe something no matter how much evidence is there. I know it’s real because I’ve done it in the past, but getting others to believe is not possible.

  3. Good luck trying to “convince” your friends that it’s real. It is the same thing as a Christian telling an atheist that God exists. You will get an identical response.

  4. Don’t even try. Skeptical minds just won’t go there without a little more knowledge. I’ve found that asking people to believe in things that seem inconceivable doesn’t work, but if I can find examples for them that they can understand, makes them more open to something new. Ask them if they’ve ever seen movies where people are near death, and the movie shows them out of the body and looking at the action – they will all agree that they’ve seen these types of things. Well, tell them that’s a form of astral projection – and just leave it at that. You plant a small seed and leave it be. It is their choice to accept a new idea and if they choose not to, then so be it. You don’t have to convince anyone of anything. Just do what you do, they may come around eventually but if they don’t you really can’t judge them.

Meditation and Labyrinths

Some people confuse labyrinths with mazes, but it's not a maze. It is more of a meditation that is in walking form. Let me explain. The labyrinth has a pathway that you walk in order to reach the center but it goes round and round, back and forth, until you reach the center. The key is to take slow steps and just walk towards the center; taking your time and following your breath.
