• Better out than in. By allowing these thoughts to rise up (letting them into your conscious mind) you’re getting rid of them from your subconscious.

    Don’t try and suppress them. It’s a stage you have to work through. After a while you’ll find that they stop occurring and you’ll be more peaceful inside.

  • meditation opens pathways in the subconsious mind that we know very little about, the results of various mediations vary and can have some very interesting results, I myself have done many meditations and I can say for one that its very interesting.

  • Personally I feel its an effect of sensory depravation; i.e. our senses are bombarded 24/7 – then we cut off the outside world and our mind reacts.
