Which song or type of music would you listen to to empower the seven chakras while meditating?

I want to open my chakras. but i dont really know how long it will take to open them. so then i was thinking, i could use a song to help me relax then once the song is over, i could move onto the next chakra and replay it.
-oh and if anyone knows websites that shows you different styles of meditation that would be helpful.

does anyone have any ideas on music for me?
im new at this so be easy:)

You can try online guided meditation at
http://clicktomeditate.com

It has right now only Manipur chakra meditation, more are on the way in a month time. It has sanskrit shloka and mantra with relaxing music.

It is free and you can give it a try, there is no email/name asked for.

It is a site that is getting new meditations of different types each day.

“Temple in the Forest” by David Naegale is a great track. It is 25 minutes long which is just about the right length of time for a chakra meditation. You might be able to download it online. You might want to try something instrumental or nature sounds instead of listening to a song with words. I’ve seen cds at Walmart that are sounds of the ocean, waterfalls with nature sounds and mystical sounding music. You can listen to whatever one you want in the store before you buy it so, maybe you’ll find something that works for you.

I know something about “Inner Universe” from “Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex” helps me enter a very deep meditative state while I am exercising.

The music of nature should be enough,
also, this music is good enough I guess,
I hope it does not interfere with your peace anyway,

Personally, I try not to listen to any music while meditating. I can focus better by using my own biological rhythms. But I have used Aerials by System of a Down as a meditation song before with pretty powerful results.
