Well, if you are from somewhere around Ohio, you could come to Yellowsprings and find them just about anywhere you turn. I know someone in my family that buys all her Wiccan things there in the village.
You should be able to get good tarot cards from any well-known, decent bookstore. :p But there are also esotherical shops you could visit.. But I have no idea what policies American (?) stores have regarding Walmart giftcards. Sorry! 🙂
