Where can I find good authentic wicca spells online?

I’ve been searching online to find good wicca spells or dark/white magic spells, I can’t seem to find it.. at least one that actually looks legitimate.

  1. You can’t find something that does not exist. That’s like playing hide and seek with…well…yeah….

  2. Good, authentic wiccan spells are found only inside the minds of Wiccans who write their own. They are more powerful as they contain the caster’s personal energies.

  3. go to delphi forums, search for a relevant forum, and correspond with a wiccan in person. that way you can feel them out and ask questions. you can probably find someone here as well.

  4. The Witches Voice would probably be a good site for you to go to. There you can talk to others who could help you find what you are looking for or at the very least point you in the right direction.
    Blessed Be

  5. I echo the reccomendation for Witchvox or Witches Voice (it’s the same thing) not only will you get spells you’ll also get a lot of information about how to properly use them.
Spells are not things to play with, or to ‘have a go’ at or try ‘to see if it works’ you are not going to get anything to work unless you put some of yourself into it. Experienced Witches know this and have spent YEARS learning it. Spellwork needs two things, will and practice, and training your will is the hard part, the second hard part is wording the spell so that nothing comes back on you if it goes wrong (which, without the previous study it’s likely to do unfortunately) ‘be careful what you ask for’ is a tenet to bear in mind.
Why do you want to do spells? is it because the mystery appeals to you? is it because you want to show off? is it because your friends have been doing them and you want to as well? is it because you’ve read about witches and wicca and you want to join in too? is it because you were ‘born with special powers’ and want to put them to use? if the answer to any of these is yes then you are not ready.
Spellwork is not for fun, for effect, for showing off or for ‘getting even’ or for a quick fix to anything, Spellwork is only ever used as a last resort when all else has failed.
True witches and wiccans know this. True witches and wiccans also know that the words of a nursery rhyme can be a spell with the right knowledge behind them. learn how and then you will be ready.
You wouldn’t believe the number of requests Wiccans and witches see like yours ‘I want to do some spells’ ‘Give me some good spells’ ‘I have tried this spell and want to do more’ – sorry hon but it just proves that you are very very new.

  6. First off magick is neither white or black. Magick has no color. What makes it bad or good is what you do with it. As a note never do spells out of anger or to control someone. These spells always back fire and only bring more suffering to you.
However, here are some websites that can be good:
    http://freespellsonline.com/
    http://www.spellsandmagic.com/
    http://www.newspells.com/index.htm
    http://www.spellsofmagic.com/
However, not all the spells on these websites are safe or real. That’s kind of the risk you get with online spell websites. If you want really good spells you will need to buy a book. Another good reason to get a book is because spells may seem easy, but if you don’t know what you are doing you shoulding be doing them. So here is a good e-book for learning about the basics of magick.

  7. Probably because Wicca is a religion. While many Wiccans also practice witchcraft, some do not. As there are witches who do not follow the religion of Wicca. If spells are all you’re interested in, then it’s not “Wicca” you should be looking under.
The labeling of magic with a color is, IMHO, incorrect. Magic has no intentions of its own. The energy that goes into a working spell is raised by the witch, focused/directed by the witch, and released into the spell via the witch’s intentions and will. Therefore, there is no “dark” or “white” magic to begin with.
Is a hammer good or bad? Neither – it’s simply a tool. What you do with the hammer though, is up to you – you could use it to help build someone a home, or you could use it to bash someone’s skull in. But did the hammer itself choose how you would use it? No. Similar to a hammer, magic is a tool.
Also – there seems to be a misconception that “dark” automatically equates to “evil” or “bad”. There is a balance of all things on this Earth, including light and dark, that is necessary for survival. Sometimes darkness is good. Consider you’re planting the seed of a flower in the ground. It must begin its growth there, underground, in complete darkness. It is there where it takes root for strength and nourishment before growing upward, breaking through the Earth’s surface and blooming in the light.
I’m curious how you are able to tell if a spell “looks legitimate”? I don’t share my spells with strangers, but what if I were to post a spell that I’ve recently worked here – how do you make the call that it is “legitimate” or not? Spells are created by the witch when there is a specific need, they are tailored to that specific need and personalized to whom they are being cast for. Those that I have created have worked just fine for my purposes. However, they would likely be useless to you. (i.e. the spell I created to help *my* boyfriend on his job search wouldn’t do you any good, unless of course you wanted to add your energy into helping my boyfriend as well.)
Spells are not as simple as lighting a candle and reciting a catchy little rhyme – the “ingredients”, tools and words are only aids to help focus energy. It is the energy that is raised, focused/directed, and released into the spell that is the driving force behind an effective spell. So technically, if you were to find a spell online that comes close to being what you need a spell for, you could take it, tweak it a little to personalize it to your specific needs, and cast it – so long as you put the proper energy into it, it can work just fine for you. Spells work with nature, not against it – so as long as you’re not looking at a spell that’s claiming to do something impossible, then any spell can be legitimate (i.e. all these “turn into a mermaid” spells that have been floating around lately – it is not possible for a human to change themselves into a different species, with magic or modern medicine, so of course, this type of spell would not be legitimate.)
If you want to learn the art of spell-casting, I would suggest starting at the beginning. Learning the basic mechanics of magic – the hows and whys it works or doesn’t work. Learn meditation and magical techniques first…then once you have this foundation built – continue on to learn how to put it all into practice.

  8. Anyone can put up rhyming couplets up on a webpage and call them “good spells”. Books are your best bet. You can find CHEAP (for only a dollar or two) used copies of books on amazon.com and ebay.com
