It’s called the Fushigi Ball, and you use it to amaze your friends by doing crazy movements with the ball while keeping your arms keep still to make the illusion that the Fushigi Ball is floating. In my opinion, its a waste of money because you can do it with any ball, but it looks better with the Fushigi because the ball reflects and looks as though it’s floating.
