Psychologist and counselor are the same thing. They offer therapy

a psychiatrist is an M.D. who specializes in mental health, providing diagnoses and medication consultations.
A psychologist is a Ph.D. who does therapy.
A counselor also does therapy, but they have not gone through as much school.
