What was thought a near Magick about the first box of Lucifers?

Somebody has to ask for some M&F questions today, so I guess it’s me.
Potassium chloride and antimony SULFIDE. As well as the play on “light giver.”

  1. Omg Terry, why do you really like mythology??? It is sooo boring! Sounds like you’re a very boring person with a brilliant mind. I suggest you write a book so that I can learn more.

  2. I’d assume it was the power to make fire so easily. Seems like magic to me: drag a stick on something and the end catches fire. We live with magic every day, so we’re used to it.

  3. Lol.
Well, it looks like I shall be learning something new from this, as I have absolutely no idea what you are on about! Although the first ever box of matches does sound like a contender for being called such lol!
If you ARE talking matches, would you be referring to the use of sulphur, perhaps? (a wild guess!)
    🙂
Heh, Well Done Veggie boy! Sulphide. Thank you. 😉
