What type of philosophy/philosophies do you feel works best for your life?

It can be Taoism, Wicca, or “just go with the flow,” I am just curious to know what works best for you.

  1. I don’t give names, I don’t follow “schools”.
I just take what nourishes my mind and soul from any knowledge, any theory, any philosophical path.

  2. A philosophy which does not illogically claim to rule out God, which does not illogically ignore well-formed evidence re “gestures of God,” a philosophy which recognizes that one’s joy, love, purity, kindness, and suchlike are childlike qualities of Soul, worthy of championing, healing, and developing, and a philosophy such as Vipassana which promotes development and increasing of awareness and compassion.

  3. I think the eastern philosophies on suffering. They say we suffer because we cling to and fear things that are temporary such as ourselves, others and most of the things we consider pleasures. They tell us how to cease suffering with virtuous ways of acting, talking and thinking. To simplify, be a good person and you will be happy.

  4. 1) “These 3 remain: Faith, Hope, and Love, but the greatest of these is Love.”
    2) “The truth lies neither in Thesis nor Antithesis but and emerging Synthesis of the two.”
    3) “In any set of premisses(arguments); if any conclusion besides the one suggested can be made, without conflicting with all the previous-premisses, then the conclusion suggested is Fallacious(false)”
