• I don’t know about the technique that is taught and called kundalini yoga, because I never learned it, so I can’t help you there.

    But I have learned how to do a kundalini yoga that arises in a more natural way, and happens when one surrenders their personality, such as that which is done in meditation.

    This kind of kundalini yoga one needs no technique, as ones body moves as awareness when one lets go of one’s thinking and feeling. It might take a long time standing in meditation before one starts to feel a kind of spontaneous movement – one that doesn’t need the mind – but if one continues to practise daily it will eventually happen.
