Depends if they have a pulse. Call 911 (or have someone do it).
If they have no pulse, then perform CPR, if they have pulse but not breathing, then you’ll have to make sure the airway is clear and breathe for them. You shouldn’t do chest compressions if there is a steady pulse – you could stop a perfectly good heart.
If you’re asking the question now, it’s too late.
Next time, assuming the victim’s heart is still beating, start artificial respiration as you SHOULD have learned before you ever started teaching an exercise class.

That happened to us on the 5th hole of an 18 hole round of golf. The guy died … what a mess … for 13 HOLES it was hit the ball, drag Bob … hit the ball, drag Bob!! It really ruined the round of golf.

Begin CPR and have one of the students call 911 immediately
