What religions/movements use meditation as a main practice?

Besides Buddhism in most of it’s forms, what other religions or religious movements use meditation as a foundation, or a main practice?
I find I’m very spiritually aware when doing meditation, and wondered if there were any religious schools of thought that could give validity to this experience.

I’m not sure but I imagine hinduism do – TM comes from hindu practice I’m sure because they use hindu mantras. Other than that, only ‘magickal’ religions put an emphasis on practising meditation as far as I know.
