For my anthropology class we have to interview a Native American individual. I am interested in medicine, so I want to interview a doctor. What kind of questions could I ask regarding tradition, culture, whatever you can think of?

  1. ask him/her if they were brought up traditional and if so does traditional healing influence their westerrn medicine?
or better yet if they are traditional, ask how they can dispense pharmaceuticals and how does that affect their traditional knowledge?
btw….natives do not have shamans. those are from siberia

In yoga nidra, there are no dreams to explore. Instead, it is a process of emptying. It purifies the deeper aspect of the human mind by exploring deep impressions or samskaras. This is essential as samskaras drive our karma.
