E = hf = hc / wavelength.
Look up Planck’s constant, h, and speed of light, c. They give you wavelength.
E = hf = hc / wavelength.
h=plancks constant is 6.61 x 10 ^-31
c = 3 x 10^8
The formulas above are correct.
Note: make sure you have your units correct. Convert the 475nm to meters if you are going to use the value for the speed of light in m/sec. Otherwise your answer will be way off.
