What is the best way to practice meditation?

It seems like 5 min a day isn’t enough, should I try to keep pace all day?

  1. Get down on all fours and hum a tune. In the closet or some place out of the way.
    Two hours is the minimum time for a good meditative session.

  2. Depends on your religion. Some people just sit around going like ohm… ohm…
    I don’t get how that works, but you should meditate over prayer and reading the book of your religion.

  3. I would try doing it longer and maybe twice a day. Once in morning to start and then once at night to rewind. Play around with it and see what fits best for you.

    It can be done for a couple minutes or an hour.
