As collin mentioned a lucid dream is a dream in which one is aware that one is dreaming. I don’t know much about WILDs but I have been enjoying DILDs almost every time I sleep long enough and I have been experimenting with them for many years now. Hi, Lucid dreaming is being aware you are dreaming within your dream.
If you want to experience it, start writing down your dreams. Also, take a habbit of looking at your hands, ground and pinch yourself as reality tests when you’re awake. It increases the chance you will do this in your dream and then you can realize you are dreaming. That is the first step, after that you have to train on controlling it 😉
Also, if you feel you are awakening, rub your hands or twist around to force yourself to stay in the dream.

type E dream. ENCOUNTERS. where someone in a condition of open-eyed soul would be able to see what happen in surroundings, in sub real world(underworld?) A lucid dream is where you are actually aware that you are dreaming.
to train your self, each time before bed, self hypnose your self while touching your midchest: “Ali J, keep alert in dream we had tonight, please watch and remember every details, and tell me about it”.do this until you gain progress

Lucid dreaming has been researched scientifically, and its existence is well established.… Read more »
