  • As collin mentioned a lucid dream is a dream in which one is aware that one is dreaming.

I don’t know much about WILDs but I have been enjoying DILDs almost every time I sleep long enough and I have been experimenting with them for many years now. A great way to become aware of the fact that you are dreaming is to do regular reality checks. Think of something that often occurs while both dreaming and awake this could be anything from opening a door to starting a conversation with someone. Then every time this event happens whether awake or asleep take a sec to ask yourself whether you are dreaming or not. If you aren’t sure then try doing something you couldn’t do IRL like flying or something.

For me I do sort of a constant reality check and it works very well for me which is why I lucid dream every night. I stay constantly aware of my breathing and blinking. When I am awake I have to breathe and blink but when I am dreaming I realize I am dreaming because I no longer have to do these things. To maintain my lucidity I never breathe or blink after becoming lucid.

As for what kind of dreams you get.. after you become lucid you can dream about ANYTHING you want. You can choose to remain lucid and just enjoy your dreams to see where you subconscious takes you or if you want you can exert control over your dream and do whatever you want. With practice you can basically become the god of your own dimension.

  • Hi, Lucid dreaming is being aware you are dreaming within your dream.
If you want to experience it, start writing down your dreams. Also, take a habbit of looking at your hands, ground and pinch yourself as reality tests when you’re awake. It increases the chance you will do this in your dream and then you can realize you are dreaming. That is the first step, after that you have to train on controlling it 😉
Also, if you feel you are awakening, rub your hands or twist around to force yourself to stay in the dream.

  • type E dream. ENCOUNTERS. where someone in a condition of open-eyed soul would be able to see what happen in surroundings, in sub real world(underworld?) A lucid dream is where you are actually aware that you are dreaming.
to train your self, each time before bed, self hypnose your self while touching your midchest: “Ali J, keep alert in dream we had tonight, please watch and remember every details, and tell me about it”.do this until you gain progress

  • A lucid dream, in simplest terms, is a dream in which one is aware that one is dreaming. The term was coined by the Dutch psychiatrist and writer Frederik van Eeden (1860—1932).

A lucid dream can begin in one of two ways. A dream-initiated lucid dream (DILD) starts as a normal dream, and the dreamer eventually concludes it is a dream, while a wake-initiated lucid dream (WILD) occurs when the dreamer goes from a normal waking state directly into a dream state, with no apparent lapse in consciousness.

Lucid dreaming has been researched scientifically, and its existence is well established.

Scientists such as Allan Hobson, with his neurophysiological approach to dream research, have helped to push the understanding of lucid dreaming into a less speculative realm.

There is much more info available from my source if you want to experience Lucid Dreaming, Enjoy!
