You can make $15-35/hr at a gym
At a studio you can make anywhere from $7 – 60/hr depending on how many students you have.
If you’re doing private sessions you can pretty much charge whatever you want – depending on how good you think you are. If you’re just starting out, you should be fair to your students and maybe charge by donation – because you’re learning from them too. Then you can go upward… starting at $20/hr
It depends if you teach independently or with a yoga studio. There are a number of teachers now grossing more than $100,000 a year and very few earn above $200,000. The average, however, for full-time teachers is between $25,000 and $50,000 depending on where you live and how many hours you work.
