  1. It would be pretty hard to actually *break* a real crystal ball. Genuine crystal balls are made of solid stone, often quartz. Yes, it is possible to cut or crush it, but dropping it is likely to create a crack or an occlusion, nothing more.
My own scrying ball is of obsidian (volcanic glass) and has been dropped. There is a small round mark like you’d get in a windshield hit by a rock on one side.

  2. Heck yeah it’s bad. You have to go buy a new one, and do you know how expensive those things are?
Oh, you were talking about hokus pokus make believe type stuff. (snicker) Never mind.

  3. I’m sure they can break, but if they are genuine crystal it takes more than a drop or two. The only power in a crystal ball is what the owner has within themselves. Crystal balls are not used for “telling the future” although it can easily be misunderstood as such. Crystal balls are used for an art of divination called “scrying” which would be just as effective if you were staring into a black bowl full of water. It’s a device, nothing more. No evil can come of something that doesn’t have any real power by itself.

  4. Yes they can break, but nothing bad will happen – they don’t contain any spirits they are simply a tool used by readers to assist in focusing their own second sight.

  5. DEAR GOD! YOU DIDN’T DID YOU?! OH NO! THE WORLD IS GOING TO END! THEY’RE COMEING! THEY’RE COMING!!! GOD SAVE US! RUN FOR YOUR LIVES!!!
    just kidding. real answer?
    It’s broken.
