This means I have the exact mind frame of Mahayana Buddhists, and a very close mind frame to Neo Pagans (ironic, being that I am a practicing Neo Shaman). I’m just curious how other people match up 🙂
Here’s the link -> http://www.beliefnet.com/Entertainment/Quizzes/BeliefOMatic.aspx?Page=1 Thanks to all who participate!
For further clarification, the quiz yields the top 26 religions your beliefs are most similar to. Also, next to the religion it shows the percentage of similarity in beliefs. Scientology, for instance, only shares a 55% similarity in beliefs with me while Mahayana Buddhism shares a 100% similarity in beliefs with me.
Hurt, I used to be a Christian. I had a series of experiences that led me away from the Christian Church. Now I’m a practicing Neo Shaman, and much happier for it. (This falls under the Neo Pagan category, which I scored 90% similarity with).

I am Pagan so this makes sense for me, it is interesting to see how much I have in common with all the other religions. There is common ground everywhere, I hope one day people of all faiths will also see this and there will be peace.
This was a great conversation starter, awesome question. I would be interested to see what about what answers made me like other religions besides Paganism. Very Interesting. Thanks!

I am a staunch Jain. But the answer shows 100% Hinduism and only 99% Jains. One of the reasons could be there are many similarities between Indian religions like Jainism, Hinduism and Buddhism. So while this quiz may not be 100% accurate, it is a pretty good indicator of your religious beliefs.
