What does a near death experience mean to you?

Is it something spiritual and a look at our future? Or is it something scientific that our brains just do when we die or almost die? Or is it something else?

For me it meant lots of blood and pain.

Something scientific that our brains just do *when under duress from drugs or lack of oxygen or some other factor*
No one dies and comes back when they have NDEs.
“Dead” is what you are when you don’t come back.

Near death experiences can be explained scientifically. It is an altered state of consciousness brought on by chemical imbalances in the brain when you near death. Some people see tunnel visions, light at the end of that tunnel. And this state of consciousness can be replicated through experiments. If you’re serious about learning more, watch this lecture.

I cannot swim and fell in a river in spate. Caught in a slow whirlpool behind a large rock in the stream. While breathing in water through my nose and mouth, all I could wonder was how I was able to smell the algae through liquid water.
Pulled out by brother in law before making the great transition.
Nothing of the past passed before the eyes.

You cannot trust ANY “near death experiences”, because people hallucinate and dream in such extreme circumstances.
Rather, you need to trust what the Bible says about death. The truth about death is that death brings IMMEDIATE heaven or hell, depending ONLY on whether you believed in Jesus for salvation, or not. There is no second chance to be saved, after death.
Heaven is eternal joy with the Lord! 😀
The lake of fire is eternal torment. Nobody has to be sent to the lake of fire.
So to be in heaven and not in hell, believe in Jesus for salvation RIGHT NOW!
Jesus is God, and Jesus loves you so very much! 😀
The truth about Jesus is that the only way to be saved and to get into heaven and avoid being sent to eternal hell, is by believing in Jesus for salvation, believing in faith alone that Jesus, who is God, died on the cross for all our sins as FULL PAYMENT for all our sins, and then Jesus rose from the dead (1 Corinthians 15:1-4). Believe in Jesus alone for salvation, and you will be in heaven, no matter what!
Salvation is a FREE GIFT that happens in a split second when you believe in Jesus alone to save you! It is impossible to lose or “leave” salvation (John 6:39-40, John 10:28, 1 John 5:13).
Please pray now: “Jesus, I believe that You died on the cross to pay for my sins and that You rose from the dead, and I thank You for eternal life!” You will be in heaven with Him forever when you die! 😀
