But practical way is kicking and punching a cushion for about 10 minutes…
I write. I write a poem or a letter to get those feelings out of my head and into something productive. Expressing myself in writing usually makes me work through the feeling and come through clean on the other side.
EDIT: If that doesn’t work, I’ll go for the Jim Beam, with or without the rocks. Sometimes that’s even a good way to release positive energy in a positive way. 🙂
