  1. Well I had an experience when I was about 13. I was asleep but just before I woke up I was floating above my bed. I had a room in my parents house that was in the loft, so had sloping roof in my room. I remember feeling fantastically free and then I “hit” the ceiling. I felt it (especially the bumpy surface of the ceiling) then I felt like I was falling into a warm bath but the water was going through my body/cells and next thing I was awake.I felt absolutely amazing for about 3 days after that.I have always remembered that.

  2. I think I tried it before, but it was tempoary.
Like, one time, I jumped in the air, and when I closed my eyes mid-jump, I saw myself, kinda frozen, in mid air. Then I opened my eyes, and my feet were on the ground.
    I think it’s cool.
Kinda like dreaming, but you’re not =)

  3. Some people are said to have done it unconsciously when they were in their sleep. They report to have felt someone shaking their body before they wake up and believe a ghost is shaking them. Many in the spiritual realm just reassure them that it is their soul reentering their body and that is why they feel the rough shaking.

  4. I think that they are very neat. I have been trying to astral project for a while now, to no avail. I don’t think that it’s impossible, though. My Mum said that it took her 2 years before she could do it, but she did it only once after that. I think that it’s a way to learn about yourself, “it’s like being in two places at once.”, my Mum said once. I love the idea of doing it, and I believe it’s like a different version of meditating, only you need more practice in order to perfect it.

  5. I’m pretty open-minded and wonder if more spiritual minded people use a larger proportion of their brains, or parts of the brain that are less frequently used by others. I think as we’ve developed in some countries, the less open we have become and are less able to use these skills as a result. Native Indians were far more spiritual and we could learn a lot from them.

  6. I think it is very possible, just imagine everything that is yet to discover in this planet. But I also think that in order to do such a thing the person has to have a high level of spirituality, purity and concentration.
