What are the foods that are negative calorie foods that takes your body more energy to digest?

  1. I know celery is one of them. Also, 10-cal sugar free jello. They make a calorie free dressing (I know it sounds weird, but they DO make it) – putting that with celery is a tasty and completely inconsequential snack.
