I’m curious about what websites might be particularly good for learning meditation, particularly those offering good visuals or audio/video tutorials for free.
I’m no expert, but I would try a forest, desert, hillside, or grassy park before I’d try a website. Meditation is an ancient art, and I think the most expert practitioners probably draw their inspiration and instruction from natural elements more than the internet.
