  • I have Crunch Burn and Firm Pilates. It’s a pilates inspired workout with a lot of standing moves and it’s definitely more of a cardio workout than traditional pilates. You also use light weights. This video is about 45 minutes.

    I also have Crunch Fat Burning Pilates. I don’t like this one as much as the Burn and Firm, but again, it’s standing pilates inspired moves. It’s like a blend of aerobics and pilates. This video is about 30 minutes.
