So now i want some techniques, like…..go to your inner room/the room in your head.

  • There are thousands of meditation styles you can choose from. Most consist of either focusing on something outside your body (mandala), something inside your body (breath), chanting, watching your own mind, or seeking to disperse into emptiness.

You can read about specific styles of meditation here:

    enjoy the bliss!

  • It all depends what one wants to do with meditation. Meditation originates from religious practice, rooted from the Buddhist and Taoist teaching.

Secular yoga meditation provides a vehicle to calm down and letting go of some stress, slight increase of body immunity, and some benefit in treating some illness.

When the yoga is practiced along with a philosophy, the person shows longevity while the body ages.

Meditation in the Falun Gong has many benefits from good health to inner peace to enlightenment. The practice consists of meditation, reading scripture, karma transformation, moral character improvement, and spiritual development.

The mediation mechanism is well explained in the ‘China Falun Gong’ book. The effects and advantages are discussed in details in the Zhuan Falun Lecture. Both books and meditation demonstration video are free to download from the URL listed below. If you need any help, contact a local practitioner in your area for free instructions.

Falun Gong was found in 1992 by Master Li Hongzhi in China. About 100 million followers like the practice in over 80 countries worldwide. Falun Gong is an ancient practice for the body, mind, and spirit based upon the universal principles of Truthfulness, Compassion, and Tolerance. Falun Gong consists of five sets of powerful exercises.

Falun Gong, Tibetans, other Buddhists, and Daoists have been persecuted in China. The most offensive human right violation is the organ harvesting from the Falun Gong practitioners in China. Can you kindly sign a petition to stop persecution of Falun Gong practitioners in China, please ?

  • I use guided meditations. You can find free ones, and they help me relax. When I’m trying to meditate without a voice telling me where to go in my mind, I just sit there not really knowing what to do. Having a voice speaking soothes me, especially if it’s a female voice. But, there are a lot of different kinds of meditations. You should at least try a few different kinds, even if they sounds weird. I tried the Chakra Meditation, thinking it sounded stupid. But it turned out to be really relaxing. I like Native American meditations the best. There’s something about their whole belief system that’s completely relaxing. It takes me into a different world.

I’ll give you some links to meditations I use, but you can find a lot more on youtube or google.

Also, something that helps me, is listening to relaxing music after I’ve meditated. I like to listen to Native American flute music, but pretty much anything is good.

  • There are many tapes you can listen to. The most important thing to remember is to practice. It took me almost a year to properly meditate.

  • do what they do in america and keep saying dumb stuff like “i dont like the energy in here”
