I found “A New Earth” by Eckhart Tolle to be a good book for changing consciousness. I’d like to add a few more to my reading list. Thanks!

More important than the name and author of the book is its weight and velocity when it contacts your head. This only works in one direction though. From consciousness to unconsciousness. Water in the face seems to be a good antidote.
