What is your opinion (this assumes you have studied/tried whatever you recommend) the best meditation or relaxation audio series or course for each of the following (multiple suggestions fine):
-Getting rid of anxiety and depression
-Developing a successful mind frame
-Having complete inner peace and the ability to let anything go
-Getting rid of negative or unhealthy thoughts
-Complete worry-free living
i dont think you can get rid of anything. its more like getting passed those feelings and thoughts, having gone beyond all that.
try going hiking, and run through many trees and sweat feel the heat and the sweat and the air, then jump in the river swim, then meditate if u want, but dont just sit and meditate waiting for some thing to come youve got to go to it, use the power of will during meditation to see beyond your imagination.
I have been using binaural beats and brainwave entrainment software for several years now and had great results with dealing with all of the above mentioned.
I started using them a few years back to help with relaxing my body and mind and helping to get more sleep. The effects are immediate and i find the benefits of a 20 – 30 minute session will usual last most of the day. I use them whenever i feel i need them but there are great programs that will give long lasting results.

It is a bit of a commitment but the results are that it will retrain your brain to work at a much deeper level. It helps for:

I’ve used binaural beeats to address the requirements you’ve posted. Binaural beats provide a shortcut to reaching meditative states and unlike meditation, you don’t need to put in any effort to see results. Binaural beats work by altering the frequency which the brain is running in. Thus achieving Alpha, Theta or Delta states is simple, you only have to listen to audi via headphones (Binaural) or through a stereo system (Monaural).
Binaural beats helped me to overcome severe depression and alcoholism and also have mede me a balanced, motivated, inventive and creative individual.
Reading. Empowering yourself with the knowledge and hence freedom and power that knowledge brings. Source books on the power of the subconscious mind. Also source books on inner peace and well being such as Eckhart Tolle’s “The Power of Now” and “A New EArth”.
In my humble opinion, it’s a matter of mind hun. If you don’t mind it doesn’t matter. It would be particularly usefull for you to read Eckhart Tolles book “The Power of Now”.
No point wasting the precious minute of now stressing about the past or future, because you don’t get that minute back.
My opinion is that you don’t need to take a course or purchase an audio series. Read Eckhart Tolle’s books and source yourself a book on the power of the subconscious mind and be free.
Try this ~ try to find a space of peace away from the clatter and jangling incessant chat of the mind…. you need to lay down and close your eyes and focus on observing the thoughts you are having… you are more than your mind you know…… don’t “be” the thinker…. be the awareness behind the thinker and observe the stress and anxiety and drama your mind puts you through…… imaginate you are sitting on a white light cloud up above your head looking down on the stressy panic struck you and just pay attention… dont judge or analyse just observe…… by doing this you can disentangle yourself from the drama and panic the human mind can create for more than a few of us….. by doing this you will create a space around you of clarity and peace…. and out of that can come rational observations and decisions to forge ahead with your life ….. don’t identify with your thoughts …… for that’s all they are…. thoughts… words ….. just observe… lay down and close your eyes and do it for 10 or 15 minutes and i assure you that you will find a slice of sanity and peace you’ll want more of.
it’s like shining a light in the darkness ……. darkness cannot exist where there is light … by simply observing the mechanics of your mind in this way you will be able to appreciate it for what it is….and that is… your mind trying to run the show…… don’t let it hun.
