Okie so i want to lose some weight. Im actually pretty skinny but ive gained like 5 pounds nd i feel like a cow lol so i want to lose some weight before july 30th nd ive been doing yoga for 45 minutes and i’m planning on running starting tomarrow for like 30 minutes. How much will i lose ? I am 115 lbs. nd 5’4 if that helps
Not a bunch as yoga isn’t very high in intensity.
Try eating less:

Whoa first of all, I don’t think you should lose weight at all. In my opinion, what’s a little plush going to do? You’re 5’4 and 115 lbs. That’s pretty skinny and good shape if you ask me! I guess with everything you’re doing you’ll definitely lose the pounds. Providing that you’re also eating healthy.
Just a suggestion, you could also lift weights a little. Get a little muscles. You don’t have to have bulgy muscles but like enough so that you got that kind of athletic look without getting too thick with muscles. Do you know what I’m talking about? I don’t even feel like I’m explaining myself right lol
Oh yeah and running will get you some nice sculpted legs so why not add a nice sculpted body to go with it?
30 mins of running? about 2 pounds a week
yoga helps NOTHING but your mentaly thinking that it calms you. if you want to lose weight try these:…my mom lost a lot of weight in about a month doing some of these:
1.resisting any extra sugar/fatty/greasy/dessert things
2.running almost every day
4. go to the gym
5.leg and stomach excersizes
