I do meditation everyday since May. Ever since, I can somewhat sense energy from my palms and feel the flow of energy inside me. I can’t move objects without touching them yet, but I will eventually. I can also feel other people’s energy sometimes.
You just ground, center, and do some exercise that helps you control your energy. Like Marital arts for example or yoga.If you are a guy, don’t feel ashamed to practice yoga.
If you ground, center, and do any exercise that can help you control chi, then you can learn how to control chi.
I don’t quite get it, but you can speak to a reiki master, or some yogi (the people who practice yoga). And they’ll tell you, you can find e-mails online.
