Too much stress? Help?

I’m under a LOT of stress right now from a certain family member and it’s affecting me physically.

I get a LOT of diarrhoea and indigestion, my head hurts some times and so does my 3rd chakra (heart), stomach and behind my eyes.

I eat healthily and I am NOT overweight. I’m skinny but it’s my figure.
I also used to eat all day and have no dinner or lunch time in general so I just ate whenever I felt like and hardly got full.

I went on a full vegan diet a week ago after all this started yet it doesn’t help so that proves that this is to do with emotions.

I also have weird dreams and wake up every 1-2 hours which I don’t normally.

Anyways, I can’t move out because I’m underaged to live on my own so how do I relax WITHOUT pharmaceutical drugs? Please don’t come up with a stupid answer like ”Just relax and get it out of your head, everything’s gonna be fine”. That won’t help one bit.

So any meditations or online hypnosis/therapy? (can’t afford a therapist and they’ve never worked for me before)

And I am NOT going to church. I don’t believe in any religions so please don’t be stupid and answer with that either.

I know how you feel exactly. Counseling doesn’t help and neither do drugs nor baths or YOU time.

Be brave, you can take on the world by yourself is all I can say. But, if you cannot stop the root of the problem growing, then you have to deal with it and wait until it dies.

Hi it is difficult to find an off the shelf cure. It appears that you need to resolve some issues.. and that’s perfectly normal.. we all have our own issues.. some bigger than others. I would suggest you that you contact a therapist, i know that many hypnotherapist including myself offer free initial consultation so you can go and discuss and see how you feel about it. What I do is go by the code DGAF (Don’t give a fuc#) and light up a joint thats not a drug it an herb.
and pot smoking friends always have it most of the time and if you don’t want to smoke you can eat it it will make you chill and say I don’t give a fuc# what you think

Diarrhea and indigestion is from anxiety. The body feels like it is under attack, so the vital organs like the heart will work extra hard, and the lesser things like the stomach will be a lot more vulnerable. Everyones situation is unique, but I have been close to where you are, and I still am. But I found that Xanax (generic or brand name) work very well with my coping of everyday life. It even allows me to be more open and enjoy life. Look, I bet your underage, and NO one here will agree with me, but just try it, for yourself.
