It’s a philosophy, therefore there are no rules or leaders.
Everyone can become a Master of The Way.

There are two kinds of Taoism, the way of life according to the Tao Te Ching by Lao-Tzu, and then a mystical weird Taoism that deals with extending life on earth because they don’t believe in an afterlife. They practiced alchemy and ended up poisoning themselves, and I doubt there are any of this type left in the world today, but that’s just my best guess.
The first kind of Taoism is just to live in harmony with the Tao, which is God not personified but seen as a metaphysical principle. Life is simple, you take only what you need and give what you can. When everyone does this there is no need to debate things like what is moral, what is justice, because it all comes naturally. Read the Tao Te Ching, it’s very short and very beautiful.

1.Founded in China, by Lao Tsu.
2.-3. I believe that they allow Buddhists to hand funeral procedures.
4.They worship their ancestors.
5.They have monks & nuns, I believe(as well as some “Pontiff-like”leaders in certain sects).

About Taoist, read the section in “One Standard Alone Determines if Someone is Good or Bad: Whether He is Able to be True, Good, and Endure” in the Zhuan Falun book on the web.
You can search in the book about “Daoist” to get other information.
