The Tantra teachers at School of Awakening are Holistic Therapists who are also highly skilled and experienced Tantra Practitioners, all of whom spent several years in apprenticeship with Sarita before beginning to teach.

TANTRA MEDITATION RETREAT

This retreat is held in Dharamsala India, Nestled amidst lush green nature, singing streams,with an amazingly beautiful backdrop of the majestic Dhauladhar Himalayan mountain range, this 9 day retreat explores the 112 consciousness raising methods from the Vigyan Bhairav Tantra, a 5000 year old Tantra Scripture.

The retreat is offered one time per year. Each year for three consecutive years, offering one third of the 112 methods. This means, over a three-year period, you have the opportunity of practising most of the methods offered in the Vigyan Bhairav Tantra.

You can enter this three year stream whenever it suits you. There is no sequential order to follow. You can likewise, participate in just one or two of the retreats. There is no commitment required to participate in all three.

Mahasatvaa Ma Ananda Sarita is a world renowned Tantra Teacher and author. She is Founder and Co-director of the School of Awakening, based in the U.K, which offers high quality courses in Tantra, Holistic Healing and creative arts. She has spent most of her life studying Tantra, meditation and healing with some of the greatest luminaries of our time.

Sarita was initiated into Tantra in India, with Osho, in 1973, and spent 26 years living in his community, receiving much direct guidance from him.

Sarita teaches seven levels of Tantra for couples and three for singles. She also teaches online classes on the Vigyan Bhairav Tantra.
