Scared of sleep paralysis? Is there a way to prevent it?

I’ve read about it and it really seems pretty scary. Luckily it hasn’t happened to me and I don’t want it to.

Not really. A lot of medicines from doctor’s order for health reason can effect sleep too little or too much. Really all you needs to do is excerise regular to balance energy that your physical carry. Also eat health and most of all important sleep enough. Most general good health among of sleep is between 6 to 8 hours. Lack of sleep can cause health messed up big time. That goes same with too much sleep can cause depression and mental problems.

Well there are many versions of sleep paralysis. And unless u have a mental problem which can cause any of them, really all u have to worry about is getting a good nights sleep to keep ur brain healthy and alert, not tired and groggy. Otherwise lack of sleep can cause ur brain to wander and u can wake up mentally but not physically. Had it happen a few times to me, started sleeping more and no problems since.
