Psychics please anser this question–Past life regression?

Who i may have been? Who i may have known? What i may have done?

  1. I don’t know. Try finding some books on how to discover who you were although you will need help with this. Try going to the library or a bookshop to find them sort of books.
My sis got this book from the town’s library and I discovered that I was a reincarnation of a viking warrior who’s favourite food was rabbits. Wierd or what?

  2. It works best to talk face-to-face with a past-life reader for these questions. It also helps to get books…they may help you to interpret certain habits or dreams you have, and let you know if they are attached to a past life.

  3. You can get past life meditation tapes to help you go back and see who you were.
Meditation is the best way then you get to see and feel and know it was you.
Past Life Regression with the Angels By Dr. Doreen Virtue Audio Programs In this CD, the angel lady explains how her clients have healed themselves of phobias, addictions, and mood disorders by recalling their past lives, and how you can too. She helps you learn how to relax and unwind with a beautiful meditation so that your unconscious mind can reveal it’s ancient secrets. Accompanied by your angels and the music of Steven Halpern, you’ll travel back in time and recover your past life gifts.
    Love & Blessings

  4. I know this is a fascinating element to our psyche and it is a part of us that is worth exploring (whether someone believes in past-lives or not). There are many sources these days of how to experience a past-life regression, some good and some not so good.
I haven’t followed up on this myself, but when I do, I plan on using hypnosis (or self-hypnosis) as a means. There are several programs that can guide you through this process. (I can help but think that if I asked another person (a psychic), I would always wonder if they just made it up or if what they said was true.)
Just a word of advice…. Don’t get so caught up in the novelty of the experience that you focus more on who you were than who you are now and who you are becoming.
