To understand the techniques of chakra breathing as a tool for maintaining or achieving inner balance, one must know what chakras are and where they are located within the body. Each chakra point is represented by a different vibration, color, symbol, and even sound. In ancient science of meditation, blue is the most common. As the meditator goes deep in meditating, the color blue which is also known as the blue pearl, moves toward the third eye.

In the start of meditation, you will notice a faint white light as you close your eyes. If this happens, it means that you are in the initial phase and you are experiencing a spiritual contact as you leave the physical world.

The next phase can be the appearance of colors in a wide spectrum. Sometimes, it is accompanied by flashing of lights. As you slowly move deep in meditation, the colors deepen as it swirls around and become even larger as if it is touching you.

If meditation is practiced regularly , the color intensity of the blue orb gets higher. The golden-colored orb stands for the golden chakra. Some meditators become overwhelmed by tears when a magenta-colored orb embraced them.

The last color is the violet orb which is also the violet ray. It is said that the violet-colored orb has the highest frequency above the other colors. This orb invites the meditators to release karma. In addition to, this orb is used for healing.
