…believes that there really is a God. This is totally effing with my situation. How can I get things back to the way they used to be? She is now obsessed with a form of pseudo-Christian shamanism and is a completely different person than the women I fell in love with. Is there an antidote?

Maybe you should eat some too?

Maybe the intervention of a psychiatrist will help, some halloucinogens can trigger schizophrenia.
break up with her or support her in her false belief as im sure she’s supporting you in yours if she’s your girlfriend..
That sounds like a lot of peyote. It seems your girlfriend’s brain chemistry has been permanently altered. Try this. Have her take the same amount of peyote again, and keep doing it until she’s normal (or a vegetable). Then you’ll be all set.
More peyote.
Faith has to be a balance between personal experience and reason. If it’s just a trip, it’s a short cut to an apparently profound realisation which is in fact meaningless. As a Christian, i would interpret this as a form of brain damage and mental illness which has, i hope temporarily, blunted her insight. We are rational beings and this is unbalanced and irrational.

If you actually love her, you’ll ride it out.
Often people can seem obsessed with a new interest or hobby. For most of us, this passes & we go back to our normal lives.
This happens to me & my partner every time they release a new edition of 1 of my video game obsessions…after a few weeks I’m back in this reality. He’s learnt to deal with me going a little overboard for a while, then coming back down.
There may be an antidote for you. Try eating four peyote buttons only maybe you should eat five for your eternal soul to receive salvation quickly before you are condemned to Hell.
