My head's a spinnin'!!!?

So I was reading T. Paine’s(the writer not rapper) Age of Reason, right, and I started thinking, now I’ve always been pretty agnostic/deist in my views, but the bible, or the Koran even, do they really have all these codes in them? Think about the history channel and all the numerology, and codes and the different interpretations “He meant gnosticism, no kundalini no its a metaphor! No it’s all literal, he means nature! no astrology and the sun no this, no that! No its all plagiarism! its a prophecy!”
Were the ancient people really that brilliant to embed all this complicated stuff into their sacred writings? How did they know all this stuff?

  1. Yea like the mayans .
Giving soo much credit to their writings and Calender, when they could barely feed their people. Like them and many old civilizations, it was GIVEN to them.
Example: In 1888, the Scotish Archeology Society, asked the Curator of The Egyptian Museum..” How long did it take to built the Great Pyramid?”..answer..”It was already there.”

  2. They have found ‘codes’ in Moby Dick and War and Peace, and can do it for any suitably large book.
The History channel has gone very downhill. It is not a reliable source.
The bible should be treated like any other book of mythology.

  3. “How did they know all this stuff?”
All this stuff is just recycled, re-interpreted, embellished, exaggerated stuff that’s been around since man first looked at the stars and told his best friend that they must belong to a much larger man.
His mate realised there was a scam in there and it has been exploited ever since.
Obviously, with the knowledge modern man is uncovering, ‘god’ is becoming a distant nightmare.

Thank *God* I had already swallowed my Pepsi, or it’d be all over my monitor.
