Well I am always stressed and meditation is supposed to help. But I have done research and found two (very famous, not saying there isn’t any others because frankly I don’t know) types. Yoga and Chakra meditation. Honestly my question is what should I do, where I can get info, and where I can LEARN to meditate?and is there any other stuff I should learn like opening chakras or blocking them or anything of the sort.

If you like, play soft music [without words], and this will help with concentration. For best results meditate for a total of 47 minutes daily. After 28 days of this, it is proven that your d.n.a. will even change for the better. You will be able to focus better, and improve memory skills.

  • I would do chakra meditation cause i think it actually brings in energy and stimulates your frequency energy level. plus it connects you with the earth chakras. i dont do yoga but chakra helps expand your conscience externally. you should join Children of the sun. its a great site that holds global meditation events for spiritual and self healing and support.http://sunchildren.ning.com/.

    first just start with a beginners yoga class and you’ll learn how to de-stress.
