Zazen Meditation

The purpose of Zazen Meditation is to free your mind of the materialistic hold our lives have on us and once you are able to allow your thoughts to enter and quietly leave without investigation you will no longer be limited. This will provide you the quiet calm needed to see the truth of your nature and your place within yourself and the world. Your body, mind, and breath will become one.

Ever been curious that sometimes, you feel that you are not your real self? Or at times, you notice that you are too moody or having intense mood swings? To inform you, dual personality is within every of us. Not medically related, but there are two selves for each person.

The first self is called little self. It is not interpreted literally rather, little self is a person’s wounded self which is also regarded as your ego. The second self is called spiritual self. Spiritual self stands for the higher self. Spiritual self is also known as the soul or the adult self.

Too much mood swings feeds your ego. One cue that can be related to that is being attracted to the wrong person. To know how this happens, running your attraction to the wrong person is activated if your little self or your ego becomes alive. Your little self or wounded self feels incomplete.

This feeling eats you alive and at some point, you did not know that you are feeding it.

However, you will know your little self is turned on when the wrong person is giving you material things. In this case, the wrong person feeds your little self when the person provides money or house. Attraction to the wrong person will make your spiritual self unhealthy.

Feeding your ego from the material things that the wring person gives, makes your wounded self attracted to it. You cannot notice it because your turned on ego or little self is blinding the real you.

Your little self or your ego came from the negative experiences that you have felt and see when you were young. However, as you grow up, you also need to learn to let go of your negative experiences so as not to conflict with your spiritual self.

let go

Wounds that came from the past should not interfere with your present self. You have grown up and as soon as you are in the process, you will see that you are really lovable. Your spiritual self tells you that you are not the wounded self anymore. Make time for yourself to heal your wounded self or your ego.

Your wounds will heal as soon you accept that you are important. Time will heal your little self if you just make sure that you can be able to identify your two self.

For you not to be confused if you are turning your ego or your spiritual self, certain solutions can be done. Loving yourself is the key. If you identified your spiritual soul soon enough you will learn to live yourself.

Keep in mind that loving yourself will heal your wounded self and when the right time has come, you will find the right person for you without turning your wounded self on.
