  • Remember the onion analogy? The human psyche is like an onion, with many many layers. What meditation does is it begins to peel the top layers off, so you can begin to see other layers that used to be hidden.

    The meditation didn’t create the stress and anxiety that you are noticing / feeling. All it did was help you to become aware of what was already there.

    No worries — it is a good sign! It is working!

    Now comes the part which takes a little courage. Keep going. Do a little each day (don’t over-do the meditation, but don’t stop either). Keep breathing. Allow the feelings to come up.

    Dance, sing, move around, talk gibberish in the car, anything to release the stress.

    And — you might want to consider finding a group of people to meditate with — you don’t have to go through it alone (feel free to write me emails until you do).

Negation of karma to zero announced our soul atman… the spirit within finally gaining absolute purity!   • Book an appointment with a legitimate masseur or masseuse or a chiropractor. Next time, don’t buy into hocus pocus and wishful thinking.

  • I haven’t done this meditation, but I know when I do meditate I get that feeling like I’m not here, you will be fine, you just brought yourself to a higher level and it scared you because you aren’t used to it, just relax and breathe, you will be fine, you are probably still in a heightened state. You have to be careful with meditation, some people can actually leave their bodies if they are good enough at it and it’s frightening.
