Kundalini energy and fear?

I know that kundalini energy tries to release the dense negative energy like fears first. I would like to know though, will the fears ever disappear or lessen and be replaced with calmness? Or do I have to find ways to deal with the fear when they surface and overtime will I just know they are fears and not to fret?
I know Kundalini brings up the mind which can be terrible. I’ve seen more of the mind that I care to. Physical battle I’m used to, but mental battle is another area I have little experience in.
I’ve been told these fears do not go away, but only the heart and love will save a person. Is this correct?

I don’t think what you’re experiencing is Kundalini.
It should be a calming and beautiful experience. Are you feeling heat when you do it as well? because that is a sure sign that something is not acceptable to the body.
Mental battle is not part of Kundalini awakening. It is not something harsh or stressful. The kundalini is the reflection of the divine feminine principle within you, your own spiritual mother. It doesn’t cause problems, only gently removes them and brings you past all the thoughts that bother you, into the realm of collective consciousness, the ocean of joy.

Kundalini (kuṇḍalinÄ« कुण्डलिनी) Sanskrit, literally “coiled”. Yes, fears are also knots that need to be resolved if the Kundalini is to flow freely. Most fear is self loathing and Kundalini which is ” the energy of passion” will dissolve all of that.

The mind is more powerful then the body. Kundalini is a form of meditation. Yoga if you will. What you put in to it you will get out. It could help dramatically. Focus and concentrate. It is possible to release negative energy but it comes from within. Your fears may not go completely away but you can find inner strength and peace. Don’t give up! In the end, there is nothing to fear but fear itself. I wish you good health and peace of mind.

The Source of Kundalini Energy is always noted as being in the base chakra, so as you remove all of those blockages then Kundalini Energy will start to wash away all the other energy blockages in the system.

Which are their own personal business. Kundalini makes you sensitive to the fears you have absorbed and internalized and as a result you fear very afraid of YOURSELF. Of course this is torturous. If you are in pain don’t blame yourself or allow yourself to think you have done something wrong or need to change who you are. Change your diet. Exercise. Drink water. There will be many voices that come and challenge you to hate and fear yourself. these voices must be accepted as something OTHER THAN WHAT YOU ARE. comfort yourself as you would a frightened child. Go slowly. Take care of yourself. Don’t allow the judgement of others to make you feel paranoid. No one deserves pain. Neither do you.
