I've been told that my heart chakra is "broken into many pieces" how can I help myself the chakra is new to me?

I had a tarot reading today, I was told my third eye is blinded and my heart chakra is “broken into many pieces” I have had a very difficult time this year so far in matters of the heart and being able to deal with the same clearly. I’m learning meditation (on my own) any herb, crystal or gem work guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

  1. What utter nonsense!!
Your chakras are on your spirit body not physical body, they are always there and always will, until you die. it can not be broken because it has no physical dimension. Same with your third eye which is also not physical, in fact every-human has it, but it is always closed until you open it via diligent meditation practice. Only eastern spirituality acknowledges these truths because they have been there, done that.
I suggest you read Nithyananda, the only enlightened person in the world I know. He is the true master, is always correct, because he is “One” with god/ the supreme being.
I hope you use common sense and logical analysis in future, and read some things for your own benefit!!
One more thing, no herb, crystal is useful or necessary. What’s more necessary is you start practicing meditation immediately. that will add some sense and knowledge.

  2. I completely agree with Thinkperfect! AsFor information on your chakras and other concerns, they can be found on witchcrafted. It lists most of the healing herbs, and most, if not all, of the gemstones.Thses lists include uses, properties, etc… Lesson four (in free lessons, which goes through the year and a day process of Wicca) goes thorugh meditation, visualization, healing yourself, dreaming and sacred spaces. Lesson ten involves your chakras. I encourage you also to go through the lessons if you wish. I also included a link for their divitation techniques. The below is striaght from the sight, concerning your Chakras. Good luck to you.
The Chakras According to Hindu beliefs, there are seven main centers in the human body called “light centers” or chakras. Each of these points to a specific place on the human body beginning with the head and going down to the groin area. Each of these light centers has a bright and brilliant color which never changes or fades unless the person is sick and directly affects the person’s physical body. These centers exist on the spiritual plane and can be seen during astral travel and during meditation. They are aligned along the spinal cord in a straight line. The first chakra is red and is located at the groinal area at the base of the spine. This chakra is associated with what we are in the physical plane such as our survival instincts, fear, and the physical as well as the reproductive organs. The second is orange and is aligned with the spleen. This chakra affects your ability to balance yourself both in the physical and spiritual. The third is behind what is called the solar plexus. This chakra is yellow and affects your emotions and intuition. According to D. J. Conway, this chakra is very sensitive and, if blocked, can lead to stomach trouble and the inability to cope with emotions. The fourth chakra is green and is associated with the heart. This chakra is governed by your ability to feel compassion, love, and a sense of harmony. It is also the center of a person’s empathic ability. The fifth chakra is blue and is located at the bottom of the throat. This chakra governs your ability to communicate and be creative as well as intellectual. The sixth chakra is located in the center of the forehead, just above and between the eyebrows, in the area of the third eye. This center is indigo. This chakra deals with your psychic abilities. The seventh and final chakra center is pure white with a hint of lavender at the edges. This is located at the very top of the head. This is the main center of your body and is always the last to open during meditation with the chakras. It deals with bringing your entire body and your other chakras into balance. It affects psychism and spirituality. You can heal yourself simply by paying attention to your chakra centers. When you are looking at your chakras in meditation, you may notice that some appear dull or might have black spots on them or areas where no light shines through. Sometimes dark or mottled spots may appear. This is a manifestation of a problem with your health dealing with whichever chakra has been affected. Silver Ravenwolf describes one way of healing yourself and bringing your chakras back into balance by using what is known as a “vacuum ball.” Visualize a ball before you that is devoid of light, much like what you might imagine a black hole to be. Visualize this vacuum ball sucking in things around it from the spiritual plane such as light and dust. Open the chakra that has been affected. For example, if you have a sore throat, open the throat chakra. Visualize the vacuum ball sucking all of the spots off of the chakra until it is clean. Close the chakra and allow the vacuum ball to sink into the ground. If you are very ill or your symptoms are more apparent, it may take many cleanings to get your chakras back in tune with each other.

  3. 1st Root Chakra (physical body) is located at the base of the spine and is known as Muladhara Chakra, meaning “root support.” This chakra is associated with the earth. Energy flows in two directions when the root chakra is in balance. The energy flows downward into the earth and it is also drawn up from the earth.
2nd Spleen Chakra (emotional body) is located below navel in the lower belly and is known as Swadhisthana Chakra, meaning “sacred home of the self.” This chakra is associated with the qualities of water. When this chakra is in balance you grow as a person, you can adapt easily and go with the flow.
3rd Navel Chakra (intellectual body) is located between the ribs and navel and is known as Manipura Chakra, meaning “city of shining petals.” This chakra is associated with fire. When Manipura Chakra is in balance you have a sense of being unique. You have a personal sense of honor and people feel your charisma and integrity.
4th Heart Chakra (heart center) is in the middle of the chest and is called Anahata Chakra, meaning “un-struck.” The Heart chakra is associated with air (neither liquid nor solid). When this chakra is in balance you feel free, emotionally empowered, and hopeful. Of all the chakra meanings this one has the important role of moving ideas into physical reality.
5th Throat Chakra (etheric body) is in middle of the throat and is known as Vishuddha Chakra, meaning “pure place.” This chakra is associated with ether (space). When Vishuddha Chakra is open and balanced you are able to express yourself openly without fear of what others will think.
6th Brow Chakra (celestial body) is located between the eye brows and is called Ajna Chakra. When this chakra is balanced and open you see the world around you without judgment. Ajna Chakra is home of intuition and psychic perception.
7th Crown Chakra (spirit) is located at the crown or top of the head, it is called Sahasrara Chakra. You will achieve a strong connection to higher consciousness when this chakra is well balanced. Sahasrara Chakra is the most wonderful of all the chakras. It is truly the “mystical center.”
The chakra meanings I have listed here are only the tip of the iceberg when it comes to understanding this intricate energy system. Chakras hold the energies that connect you to the Divine Source. They can open you to spirituality and health. So live your best life now by getting to know who you truly are and how your life force connects and interacts with all that is around you and within you.
Meditation can help to balance your Chakra’s and also Crystal healing

  4. Whoever did your reading is ignorant and should not be giving readings.
As everyone has already said, a chakra cannot be “broken”. However, a chakra can be “dirty” or “clouded” in a sense. There are meditations you can do to “cleanse” your chakras. Again, this is an energy force so the terms used are not exact but to give you an image or idea of the process.
Think of the chakra as a spinning wheel of light. A clouded chakra might have negative energy around it, for issues that you have related to that chakra. In cleansing, you mentally send a cleansing shower of light over that chakra to wash away the negativity and let it shine brightly.
A good guided meditation for cleansing and balancing your chakras is Doreen Virtue’s, you can find it on Amazon.com.
Whatever else this person told you should be disregarded also.

  5. Hello
It will not be literally broken, but the psychic would have perceived the energy as so.
Your doing all the right things, sometimes we just have to work through issue in order to heal.
