  1. Herbal therapies are typically powder capsules, usually taken internally; aromatherapy is the essential oils derived from the herbs, typically used topically. Both therapies work to balance the body, mind, emotions, and spirit.

  2. yes herbs are plants and aromatherapy just uses smells to heal. Also herbal magic also uses herbs for spells weather to make herbal remedy to heal someone and you usually digest the herbal tea or whatever the directions are.In aroma therapy you use a certain smell to heal for example some people use the smell lavendar to calm them and help them sleep. That is a form of aromatherapy. I also have a herbal lotion that would be a form of herbal magic

How to perform Yoga Nidra : Art of Yogi Sleep

Yoga nidra or yogi sleep has been used for thousands of years by yogis. In the Upanishads, there are three states of consciousness: waking, dreaming and deep sleep. In yoga nidra, there are no dreams to explore. Instead, it is a process of emptying. It purifies the deeper aspect of the human mind by exploring deep impressions or samskaras. This is essential as samskaras drive our karma.
