  • Haseeb great way of explaining, took the words right out of my mouth. I use to do alot when I was younger it was involuntary. Practicing is def the key, its tuff but can be done. 🙂

    Looks like you got a few tips on this page, I astral projected this morning, its an amazing experience, freaked me out the first time it started to happen when I was really young, thought I was dying or something. The experiences can be very different at times, really intense or just mild, it feels like you are flying through different worlds, or even space, sometimes I can project in the house I am in, its really fun, you can walk through walls and elevate through the roof.

    Some people are going to think I am nuts and on some heavy drugs, but I’m not, and I don’t care anyway, there are alot of people out there that can back me up.

    Its going to take some practice to figure out what works best for you, remember to relax, and just roll out of your body when you feel it separating, hang in there, Its a great experience, all the best in your adventures.

  • Astral projection is possible.
    We project into the astral plane every night…. but most people aren’t aware of it.

    You have to research the techniques of astral projection. Concentration is the key! Remember that always.

    If you read stuff carefully, you can find the little hidden secrets in doing it. We go to the astral plane every night when we sleep but most people are unconscious. So one way to astral project is to gain consciousness when dreaming.

    Other ways are to induce the vibrational/sensation state after you are totally relaxed.

    There are 100’s of ways to do it. You just gotta find the one you like, so do some research on techniques or THE BEST way is to make your own technique!

  • You have a Dream Body…you can have dreams that are lucid,,,meaning “you” are aware you are dreaming…that is called “Being In Dreaming”
    the trick to developing your Dream Bodies Powers (the same way a child does) is to find your hands in your dreams once you do that YOU MUST take quick looks at things in your dream and focus back on your hands…
    you can only take quick looks and then ground your dream awareness back to your hands…if your stare too long at anything you get sucked into the dream …
    and then you are “dreamed” so to speak and not dreaming awake…once you get good at this you move on to getting up and seeing your body asleep…try and understand nothing in the universe is solid it never was and never will be…your dream body is made up of woven light as your body is…

    METHOD NO1:We all leave our physical bodies when we go to sleep at night. You may have thought you were dreaming when actually you out of body traveling ’round the astral planes. For instance if you were dreaming in full blown color and maybe flying or falling. In these scenarios you would be actually be astral projecting. You can learn to consciously leave the body by using my porthole device or you can use my dream control method, or maybe this method here. Just so you know… there are many different methods to induce an out of body experience. There is no best method. The best method is whatever works best for you. Here is one simple method that is easy to learn…

    1.Simply lay down with the lights off. Make sure you are completely relaxed. Lie there and be quite and still, calm and clear your mind.
    2.Imagine your astral body which may look like gray matter shaped in the form of your body. Imagine it lifting and floating out of your body, floating up to the ceiling in your room.
    3.Turn and look down and try to see you body lying there. If you are successful you may want to stay in the room and float around a bit, staying close to the body. Or you can choose to walk through walls and travel to where ever you wish to go. You can fly there or you can will yourself there instantly.

    Here are some pointers…
    ***Watch what you think. Everything you think can manifest on the astral planes. So you don’t want to be thinking about anything evil or you will attract it!
    ***Anytime you think you are scared and or lost, just think of your body and you will be back in it in a flash.

    ***Ever notice that when you are falling in a dream and you hit the bottom you always wake up quickly! That is your astral body snapping back into place.

    ***The use of drugs can lower your vibrations meaning you will not be able to travel to higher astral planes where the vibrations are higher.

    ***The reason you will want to travel higher on the astral planes is because you may have to escape an attack by a lower vibrating entity. They can not travel to the higher planes.

    This is to be done when going to bed. You need something to focus on; if it is in view the moon, the stars, a crystal, a favorite doll will work well… Use whatever you like.

    Just not a Candle or anything that burns!

    This method involves the body falling asleep, and you should never leave anything that burns unattended. I usually use my crystal ball for this.

    Place the object within your view and lie down in your bed. Just stare at the object as you doze off. The first few times may be frustrating. You may just fall asleep and that’s it. But after a few tries, this worked for me.

    Keep staring at the object. As your eyelids become heavy, keep staring. Eventually your eyes will close, but you will still be able to see the object. You will still be staring at the object. Sit up or stand up, and don’t be surprised to see your physical body sleeping peacefully in your bed!

    This works fairly well for me. When you are out of your body, do whatever you wish. I am still getting used to the out of body feeling (I achieved my first one only a month ago ), so I have not travelled any farther than the roof of our apartment building yet.
