  1. some people can see auras. I’m not one of them.
the so-called “amiable atheist” says there’s no evidence for them. How stupid is that? Suppose you drink LYE when you’re a baby and you live. But all your taste buds are destroyed to the ROOT. So you can’t taste anything. Then someone says they can taste chocolate.
If you’re like “amiable atheist”, you go, “Complete lack of evidence for taste”.
If ten people say they see auras and amiable doesn’t, the ten people are lying.
If 600 million people say they see auras and amiable doesn’t, the 600 million people are lying.
    What a moron.

  2. Yes. I see auras. When it first started happening it freaked me out. The first one I saw was my father’s, who was an alcoholic wife and child abuser, the colors I saw still make me feel physically ill!
To me, it’s sort of like a colored glow around them. I see animal and plant auras too.
The weirdest thing about it is that I can’t see them if I try so they always take me by surprise, even after over 30 years of seeing them.

  3. People are close minded and stupid.
Look up Kirlian photography for proof that EVERYTHING has an aura.
Yes, some people are more sensitive to these subtle energy fields.. others can gain this through meditation. As far as colors go, our thoughts(which are electric impulses) as well as emotions, send out waves into our greater electric field(aura) and produce patterns or colors. These colors have specific traits, this is simple science once again and has to do with the electromagnetic spectrum.. but I won’t go into that here.

  4. Well I see colours around people (and animals) in the half-light. Maybe it’s just my eyes adjusting, or I need to lay off the gin.
(I think migraines can cause you to see things like that, actually.)

  5. Utter bollox
The only light I am giving off is IR
“Look up Kirlian photography for proof that EVERYTHING has an aura.”
    – – – (Though strangely only when subjected to high energy electrical fields and not in a vacuum…… hmmmm)
In 1939, Semyon Kirlian discovered by accident that if an object on a photographic plate is subjected to a high-voltage electric field, an image is created on the plate. The image looks like a colored halo or coronal discharge. This image is said to be a physical manifestation of the spiritual aura or “life force” which allegedly surrounds each living thing.
Allegedly, this special method of “photographing” objects is a gateway to the paranormal world of auras. Actually, what is recorded is due to quite natural phenomena such as pressure, electrical grounding, humidity and temperature. Changes in moisture (which may reflect changes in emotions), barometric pressure, and voltage, among other things, will produce different ‘auras’.
Living things…are moist. When the electricity enters the living object, it produces an area of gas ionization around the photographed object, assuming moisture is present on the object. This moisture is transferred from the subject to the emulsion surface of the photographic film and causes an alternation of the electric charge pattern on the film. If a photograph is taken in a vacuum, where no ionized gas is present, no Kirlian image appears. If the Kirlian image were due to some paranormal fundamental living energy field, it should not disappear in a simple vacuum (Hines 2003).

How to perform Yoga Nidra : Art of Yogi Sleep

Yoga nidra or yogi sleep has been used for thousands of years by yogis. In the Upanishads, there are three states of consciousness: waking, dreaming and deep sleep. Yoga nidra allows an individual to leave the waking state, move past the dreaming state and into deep sleep while remaining awake or conscious during the whole process. In yoga nidra, there are no dreams to explore. Instead, it is a process of emptying. It purifies the deeper aspect of the human mind by exploring deep impressions or samskaras. This is essential as samskaras drive our karma.
