is it true Caucasians have a calcified pineal gland if so why?

and something about it being crystallized so Caucasians can get high off of it or something like that can you explain?

  1. From what I understand melatonin, the pigment that causes shading of the skin has something to do with the pineal gland, so it’s possible I suppose that someone with lighter skin might be more likely for this to happen. I’ve read that flouride, which is added to most water in the USA is thought to be connected to calcification of this gland, but flouride is said to help dental health, but it’s pretty controversial as some say there’s more disadvantages to it and less need than we were told. You also do need calcium if you don’t want to end up getting osteoporosis when you get older.
As far as “getting high off it” the pineal gland plays a role in the secretion of serotonin, a hormone that helps you sleep and is connected to dreams and hallucinations. I’m not sure how bad calcification is for you, from what I understand it sounds like a common occurrence, but if the pineal were harmed it does seem like it could be a bit problematic, again I don’t really know.

  2. No, that’s not true.
FYI: Mr. Ree is confusing melatonin with melanin: they are two different things. The first is a hormone secreted by the pineal gland that helps regulate our sleep-wake cycle; the second is a pigment that darkens our skin.
