If we look at the history of Israel we will find that astrology was part of their practice. Looking at modern ideas of Solomon’s Temple it becomes obvious that it was built using such an idea. Astrology became demonized much later by the Christian Church. This was due to the fact that so many pagan religions were using it as part of their practice, while at the same time Christianity was going out of its way to differentiate its self from paganism. There is nothing biblical stating astrology in and of itself is wrong. I myself believe in certain aspects of it. God Bless! +?+
continued: If you notice the verses that are being quoted, they express an either or idea. Meaning, either you worship God or you practice astrology. The emphasis of these verses is not that astology is wrong, but that trusting in it or anything for that matter over God is wrong.

I wouldn’t recommend it. It isn’t of God. And if it’s not of God then it’s of the devil. I think Satan uses horoscopes to twist people’s minds. You don’t need to rely on astology. Just seek God and read His word.

No absolutely not!!
It is of the devil and if you do it, you will bring demons on you.
They are called Horror scopes for that reason.
That is dabbling in the occult and it is an abomination to the Lord.
“When thou art come into the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee, thou shalt not learn to do after the abominations of those nations. here shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch, or charmer, or a consulter with familiar spirits, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For all that do these things are an abomination unto the LORD: and because of these abominations the LORD thy God doth drive them out from before thee. Thou shalt be perfect with the LORD thy God (Deuteronomy 18:9-13).

Things like horoscoped and astrology are considered to be the devils work, God created the stars and he did leave sign in them but the bible warns us against relying on these signs and using astrology in our lives.
The below information is from a website called
“You are wearied with your many counsels; let now the astrologers, those who prophesy by the stars, those who predict by the new moons, stand up and save you from what will come upon you. Behold, they have become like stubble, fire bums them; they cannot deliver themselves from the power of the flame… there is none to save you (Isaiah 47: 13-15, NASB).
Other warnings can be found in such verses as Jeremiah 10:2: “Learn not the way of the heathen, and be not dismayed at the signs of Heaven; for the heathen are dismayed at them.” Elsewhere, the Scripture says, “And beware, lest you lift up your eyes to heaven and see the sun and the moon and the stars, all the host of heaven, and be drawn away and worship them and serve them” (Deuteronomy 4:19, NASB).
The Book of Daniel gives us a comparison between the astrologers and those dedicated to the true and living God. Chapter 1:20 reveals that Daniel and his three friends would be ten times better in matters of wisdom and understanding than the astrologers because they served the living and true God rather than the stars. When the king had a dream, the astrologers could not give an explanation for it, but rather God alone had the answer, for it is only He who can reveal the future (see Daniel 2: 27, 28).
The Scriptures make it clear that any type of astrological practice is severely condemned by God, for it attempts to understand the future through occultic means rather than through God’s divinely inspired Word. The fatalistic approach of astrology, which says our lives are determined by the stars, is contradicted by Scripture, which holds us responsible for our destiny. Astrology and Christianity are simply incompatible.

Astrology itself is religiously neutral, and does not require you to worship planets/stars or the gods represented by them. It also does *not* negate free will, which is a common complaint and misconception about astrology by many Christians.
Here is some biblical support for astrology:
